About Us
JQ Designs, LLC is a family run business, owned and operated by Janet Aldred, along with her husband Steve. It was in 2002 that Janet took a leave of absence from Manufacturing Consulting to start JQ Designs, her own manufacturing company of sorts. JQ Designs was tailor made as a perfect fit for Janet's past experiences in computer graphics, marketing, and production control.
Having both worked in marketing for a Fortune 50 Company, Janet and Steve realize the importance of customer service. It is their utmost goal to provide a quality customer experience by personally working with all of their customers. They partner with their clients, helping them to design and select the merchandise that best meets their needs, whether the need is for advertising, building brand awareness, raising funds or building school and team spirit.
We continue to invest in education, having studied extensively with The Embroidery Design School, The Apparel Graphics Institute, and the Ad Specialty Institute. We continue to add new items and decorating process to our line, giving our customers the best variety possible.
