JQ Designs, LLC Terms and Conditions
PLEASE NOTE: Placing an order with JQ Designs indicates that you agree to all terms and conditions Stated below. Any deviations from these terms and conditions will be stated on quote.
Art Requirements: For all custom designs, either screened or embroidered, art MUST BE supplied in vector format, preferably .cdr. If vector art is not available, art charges may apply.
Lead Time: Typical lead times are 7-10 business days from receipt of acceptable art and payment. JQ Designs, LLC strives to meet all customer deadlines, and will work with you to ensure your order arrives on time. Please note, this is a typical lead time and can vary based on current production schedules. Any deviations in lead times will be communicated when your order is placed. Orders with less than 7 days lead time may incur a rush charge. See below.
Rush charge: JQ Designs will always work with you in getting your order completed when you need it! Orders required to be completed in less than 5 business days will be subject to rush fees.
Minimum Quantities: Minumums are based on the item ordered. Occassionlay less than the stated minimums are available for a fee. If interested in the less than minimum, contact us for a quote.
Thread/Ink Colors: We carry a large variety of standard thread and ink colors. Custon colors (PMS Matching) can be ordered for a fee. Fee may vary based on item ordered.
Stitched Samples: Priced as single piece order, based on stitch count.
Custom Digitizing: Digitizing (converting your design to stitches) is based on the complexity of your design. Left chest logos start at $75. We cannot quote on a logo without seeing it.
Payment: Since all merchandise is customized to your specifications, full payment is required to start your order. We will gladly charge your purchase to your credit card. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
Specialty Threads/Fabrics: Due to the nature of some fabrics (such as leather, vinyl, silk. etc) and some threads (metallic, glow in the dark, solar, etc.) surcharges may apply. These items are quoted on a job by job basis. Please call.
Use of your Logo or Design: JQ Designs, LLC reserves the right to use images of your completed work for purposes including but not limited to marketing and advertising. If this is unacceptable to you or your organization, please notify JQ Designs, LLC in writing WITH YOUR ORDER.
BY PLACING AN ORDER, EITHER VERBAL OR WRITTEN, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO ORDER, PURCHASE AND DISTRIBUTE MERCHANDISE CONTAINING THE NAMES, ARTWORK, DESIGNS, LOGOS, TRADEMARKS OR OTHER SIMILAR IDENTIFIED IN YOUR ORDER. You also agree to hold harmless JQ Designs, LLC from and against all claims arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement of trademark, copyright, or other.
